Grow reads source material about your product, recommends a launch direction, generates campaign assets, publishes to channels you connect, and reports outcomes. Features may change as the product evolves.

You’re responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access secure. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

You retain ownership of the material you connect and the content Grow generates for you. You grant us the limited licence needed to process that material and to create, store, and — with your approval — publish assets on your behalf. You are responsible for the content you choose to publish and for ensuring you have the rights to it.

When you connect a social account, you authorise Grow to publish on your behalf and to read engagement on your own posts, within the permissions you grant. You can disconnect a channel or revoke access at the provider at any time. Your use of each platform also remains subject to that platform’s own terms.

Grow uses AI to produce drafts and recommendations. These can be inaccurate or unsuitable — review them before approving or publishing. You decide what goes out; we don’t guarantee outcomes, reach, or sales.

Don’t use Grow to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content, to spam, to impersonate others, or to violate a platform’s rules. We may suspend accounts that do.

Posts published on the free tier carry a small “Powered by Grow” attribution. Paid plans may remove it.

Paid features, when offered, are billed as described at purchase. Taxes may apply.

You can stop using Grow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service.

Grow is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Macleod Labs is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
